Born in Mosul, Iraq in 1939 to a Jewish family deeply engaged in metalwork, David brought this heritage with him when his family made aliyah to Akko in 1950.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eAfter settling in Israel, David learned the unique art of copperwork from his grandfather, laying the foundation for a lifelong creative path. Following his army service, he opened his first shop in Akko in 1963. Since then, David has built a distinctive artistic world rooted in tradition, history, and the cultural spirit of the Holy Land.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eDavid’s work features handcrafted copper and brass pieces inspired by motifs from Judaism, Christianity, and the landscapes and stories of Israel. Each piece is created using traditional materials and techniques, then finished with protective coatings to preserve its beauty over time.
