Shalem is a Czech‑Israeli fund that takes a personal, meaningful approach to supporting impactful Israeli and Jewish initiatives — in Israel and across the Diaspora.

Founded in 2024 by Ory Weihs and Anna Meissner, Shalem is dedicated to promoting the security, prosperity, and peace of Israel and its people.

What We Do
We focus on areas where your support has real, lasting impact:

·       IDF Soldiers – Supporting active-duty soldiers, caring for the wounded and lone soldiers, and providing for widows and orphans of fallen heroes.

·       Druze Communities – Partnering with organizations that help Druze IDF veterans and promote integration through education.

·       Displaced Families & Communities Under Fire – Assisting families who have lost homes or livelihoods, and strengthening resilience in conflict zones.

·       Victims of Terror & Trauma – Backing research and projects addressing trauma and PTSD, and offering relief to victims and their families.

·       Czech-Israeli relations - Supporting development and maintaining strategic and stable Czech-Israeli relations
