Israel Food Rescue is a grassroots volunteer initiative dedicated to supporting Israel’s farmers and food producers in times of crisis. Founded in the wake of October 7, the organization has mobilized over 1,000 volunteers from around the world to harvest crops, pack produce, and ensure that no food goes to waste.

In partnership with local farms and communities, Israel Food Rescue not only strengthens Israel’s agricultural backbone but also fosters connection and solidarity—bringing people together through meaningful work and shared purpose. Every apple picked, every field cleared, and every box delivered is an act of love and resilience.

This Hanukkah, proceeds from ESEK’s curated box will help Israel Food Rescue continue their vital work feeding families, sustaining farmers, and lighting up Israel’s fields with hope.
