After three decades of research, collecting writings, and meeting with women from diverse communities across Israel and around the world, Dr. Lavie created the Women's Prayer Cards — a welcoming space for reflection, inspiration, and belonging.
Dr. Lavie served as a Member of Knesset, chaired the Committee on the Status of Women and Gender Equality, and was awarded the Outstanding Parliamentarian Prize for her groundbreaking legislative work.

Her five bestselling books, celebrated both in Israel and internationally, expand the Jewish-Israeli literary tradition and reclaim nearly lost female Jewish knowledge.
Her book A Jewish Women's Prayer Book  was published by Random House, translated into several languages, and honored with the prestigious National Jewish Book Award.
