Meet Naama Goldberg, an innovative artist from Beit Shemesh, who illustrates the beautiful intersection of cultural heritage and modern artistry. As a former web developer with a background in computer science and mathematics, Naama didn’t initially see herself as an artist. However, inspired by her creative upbringing in Johannesburg and a desire to beautify her home, she launched into the world of art with a unique vision.

With the support of her husband, an aeronautical engineer, Naama founded Ben Zion Fine Arts with a mission to combine her artistic vision with his technical skills. Together, they create stunning pieces that express timeless Jewish values in a modern minimalist style, using laser-cut stainless steel paired with acrylic, offering a modern minimalist perspective on traditional Jewish values. 

Driven by her desire for aesthetically pleasing depictions of Jewish figures in her home, Naama set out to curate art that reflects both her cultural values and contemporary design. After the pandemic forced a pause in her previous job, she embraced the opportunity to focus on her passion and share it with the world. As proud Olim from South Africa for the past 17 years, Naama and her husband continue to create art that adds beauty and meaning to the homes around them.
