Yuval Shalish, 26, from Pardes Hanna, Israel, is a photographer and IDF reservist whose art was born from war. After serving in a special unit in the Armored Corps, he traveled across South America, where his love for photography began. When the war erupted, Yuval joined rescue efforts and later returned to combat as a tank driver in Gaza and Lebanon. Carrying his camera through battle, he captured moments of pain, resilience, and unity. With over 325 reserve days, Yuval continues to document his generation - one that insists on dancing, creating, and living, even in the face of loss.
